A SOULutioneer is someone who does the above with sassy style, boundless love and commitment to peace, justice and wholeness. (That means you!)

A SOULutionary is a visionary leader with a holistic, integral approach.

A leader is someone who enables a group to engage together in the process of developing, sharing and moving into vision, and then living it out. They temporarily work the hardest and take the most risks of the group they are leading.

Benjamin P. Jordan, P.E., Technical Consultant, provides civil engineering expertise for sustainable ecological design projects including water conservation, biodiesel production and permaculture education. He has extensive experience in the design and construction of municipal and residential utility infrastructure, biodiesel market development in San Francisco and sustainable community development projects. Before establishing an ecological design and education firm, Mr. Jordan worked for four years for private engineering consultants and has certifications in green design, composting education and tank inspection. Mr. Jordan holds a California Professional Civil Engineering License and a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is the founder of Healthy Fuels, a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable and environmentally sound biofuels.

Starhawk's newest book is The Earth Path: Grounding Your Spirit in the Rhythms of Nature.

Geoff Lawton has become one of the world's foremost experts in “permaculture,” providing consulting, designing, teaching and project implementation for clients that include private individuals, groups, communities, governments, aid organizations, non-government organizations and multi-national companies. Lawton has served clients in 17 different countries, including Jordan , Iraq , Egypt , USA , Mexico , Macedonia , Vietnam , Costa Rica , Brazil , Ecuador , Peru , England , Denmark , Australia and the South Pacific. In 1997, Lawton became managing director of the new Permaculture Research Institute (PRI) on the 147-acre Tagari Farm in Australia 's province of New South Wales . Through his work, PRI has become a leading non-profit in providing solutions to local and global ecological problems, innovative farm design, and related design and consultancy work on project around the world.

Nadia Abu Yahia (Lawton) was born in the Dead Sea Valley in Jordan. She learned traditional ways of land use from her father, an expert farmer and herbal healer of Palestinian, Bedouin descent. She later went on to complete her permaculture diploma in design, education and site development and has recently become a registered permaculture teacher.

He has been working in the fields of horticulture, biology, landscape design and installation for over 20 years.

As a specialized generalist he has extensive experience in irrigation, uplands & riparian watershed management, natural building, wildlife biology, native plant botany, organic agriculture, perennial polyculture, sustainable forestry, seed saving, wildlands biodiversity preservation, school garden teacher training and school garden installation, alternative energy systems, consensus community and participatory social organizing methodologies.
